Privacy
You can browse CraftPitch without an account. Here is the plain-English version of how submitted details and location searches are handled.
If you send the contact form, we store your name, email, message and the date. If you submit a show, we store the details you enter, including the contact email and phone, until the listing is reviewed. If you ask for new-show updates, we store your email address in the subscriber list. These records are not shown on the public site.
“Near me” uses your browser’s location only after you ask, and only to sort that search. A postcode search is sent to postcodes.io to find coordinates. Neither is written into the show database.
The admin area is private and is not indexed. The public site does not set a tracking cookie. A placeholder is left for a privacy-friendly analytics script; it is not loaded.
Email hello@craftpitch.co.uk to ask about a message you sent, unsubscribe, or have your details removed. You can also read the terms.
